- Licensed CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience in a similar role, including at least 1-2 years in a managerial role, preferably within a publicly traded company or complex multi-entity organization.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. Sage Intacct), MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), Google Suite, and other financial management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
