- Responsible for leading all aspects of the supply chain including demand planning, overseeing Asia based sourcing teams, purchasing management and inventory balancing to support two domestic and multiple international distribution points.
- Lead global demand planning initiatives to achieve target inventory turnover while minimizing negative customer impacts due to product shortage or delays.
- Oversee domestic and international sourcing to support local and global needs in the most cost-effective manner possible.
- Demonstrated experience developing, deploying and executing supply chain strategies in a decentralized global organization.
